Why Odel exists
My husband Oded handles all our family's healthcare calls. When I said "how hard can it be?" he handed me a task and told me to find out. So I built an AI agent to do it instead. I named it Odel — because after years of calls, that's what every provider in America calls Oded anyway. Odel now makes real calls for our family: prescription status, appointment booking, office follow-ups. Its first-ever call hung up after 15 seconds. It's gotten better. Now I'm opening it up beyond our family.
